Bathurst Prince Charles
National Council of Jewish Women of Canada, Toronto Section Foundation (known as the Bathurst/Prince Charles building) was established in 1984, with the principle objective of providing affordable housing to low and moderate income families and individuals, seniors and the disabled in Toronto. The National Council of Jewish Women of Canada, Toronto Section is the community sponsor of the Foundation.
The building is located at 3270 Bathurst Street and the intersection of Prince Charles Ave. There are 160 units including market value, rent geared to income, and government assisted apartments. There are one, two and a few three bedroom rental suites.
Council members are always welcome to visit, with a call to the office for an appointment to tour our wonderful building. Our Council Branches entertain many of the residents for their service projects with holiday celebrations, exercise and bingo programming. There our ongoing events including an annual BBQ.
The property manager and office staff manage our building with professionalism and compassion. The City of Toronto highlights our building as a shining example of not for profit ,multi use, rental units throughout the GTA.
